About the Author

My name is Elexis and I am the Lead Fitness Professional and Owner of Adapted Fitness. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Women’s Fitness Specialist.

I love helping women learn how to reclaim and repair their relationship with their body by building strength, implementing respectful nutrition habits and balancing their lifestyle with their fitness.

I’ve been on the side of fitness that’s riddled with disordered eating and abusive exercise behaviors-it took me a long time to repair what that side of fitness did to my mind and my body and I am never going back!
